Starting June 2023 Mrs. Bianca Lepădatu is managing the Studies Department in the Energy Division at CCEM, coordinating together with her team all pre-investment analyses, project financing applications, bankable documentations for investment projects in the energy and environment fields. After graduating the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (ASE), Faculty of Business Administration in Foreign Languages (French Department) and l’Université d’Orléans, France – Faculté de Gestion et Administration des Affaires, she achieved a M.A. in the Management of the EU Structural Funds, from ASE. She gained experience as expert in CBA analysis (cash-flow structuring, financial profitability and economic performance, financial sustainability, sensitivity and risk analysis, optimum financing structure), business plans and grant financing applications. Mrs. Lepădatu was also involved in coordinating Smart Energy Business Model implementation analysis in Romania and energy & gas market studies. She developed and implemented, together with technological engineers, Research & Innovation projects within RFCS (Research Fund for Coal and Steel) and Horizon 2020 financing programs, for introducing novel technologies in the energy field or for planning a just energy transition in coal intensive regions.
Last but not least, Bianca Lepadatu has been chosen as key financial expert for assistance and management services in the implementation of EBRD-funded projects (district heating, energy efficiency in buildings, power transmission) and as key financial expert in collaboration with EIB for the assessment of financing applications / CBA submitted under EU funding calls, including ESIF or the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
