At CCEM, we committed to continuously optimizing internal processes for better information management and a strategic decision-making.
Recently, we successfully completed a key project to enhance document management and streamline financial and accounting reporting, with the support of FIA Integra.
What have we achieved?
- Implementing Microsoft SharePoint for fast, secure, and structured document access;
- Integrating data from SharePoint and SAGA (accounting and payroll software) into Oracle Analytics (Oracle BI), centralizing critical information;
- Automating report generation for solvency, liquidity, efficiency, profitability, and budget analysis (estimates vs. actuals).
